About Our Work

Every project in this portfolio was completed by North South Construction. We build with licensed, insured trade partners we know and trust — custom cabinetry, tile installation, millwork, and finish carpentry — and we coordinate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trades directly, serving as the single point of accountability from permit application through final walkthrough.

The projects shown represent the range of work we do, from focused scope projects like fireplace surrounds and staircase updates to complete home transformations that span multiple trades and months of work. We approach both with the same level of detail and the same commitment to a written proposal, permit compliance, and a finished result that stands up to scrutiny years later.

Our Quality Standard

North South Construction does not cut visible corners. Material selection, tile layout, millwork tolerances, and paint lines are held to a standard we would be comfortable putting our name on publicly — which is exactly what we do in this portfolio. If a project outcome does not meet that standard, we do not photograph it and we do not put it in front of prospective clients.

We encourage prospective clients to visit completed projects in person where homeowners give permission. Seeing finished work in a real home — touching the cabinet doors, standing in the shower, looking at the ceiling detail from across the room — is a better quality check than any photograph. Ask us during your estimate if reference visits are available for your specific project type.

Every project in this portfolio was built under North South Construction's management, permitted where required, and delivered with a written workmanship warranty. We stand behind this work long after the final invoice is paid.
